The End Times Are Now!

For some End Times prophecy can be depressing and cause anxiety, but to others it can cause expectation of good things that are coming. Just as the anticipation of labour pains and the birth process can be daunting, the excitement of a new child being born into your family overcomes it.
For some the notion of the Last Days or End Times can cause sorrow, but it is a worldly sorrow. Godly sorrow produces repentance...

The Hearts Motivation and Gods Will

Are you someone that has a heart for others? Does your heart naturally go out to those around about you?
A lot of people have a heart to help others that are hurting, but is this God's heart or just our own natural tendency?  When we truly see God's heart through Christ Jesus we can see that our own noble quest's sometimes are not what Jesus truly intends for us as His followers. Let me explain, there are a lot of nice people in the world and they don't follow Jesus. They risk their lives for others and sacrifice their time and energy to help the poor and sick. Would it be shocking then to think that some Ministers who have a shepherding heart, would have it even if they were not Christians?..

Free from Bitterness and Bitter Roots

Do you understand the nature of bitterness? Bitter roots may be one of the most destructive negative forces in our lives. Bitterness robs us of the abundant life God intended for us through Christ Jesus. True joy, compassion, love cannot abide together in our heart with bitterness. If you have trouble displaying the fruit of the Spirit, then possibly there is a root of bitterness hindering you. A bitter root stays hidden underground (hence the term a 'root') and until the Holy Spirit exposes the root we can stay bewildered as to why we can't love as Christ did. Most bitter roots are formed by those closest to us and if formed by a judgement on our parents God's laws of sowing and reaping, with increase come into play. (See-4 Laws of Relationship)
The root may stay hidden for years, then some circumstance in life will cause it to break the surface and bring about a big reaping of what we planted long ago.

How do you see God?

Matthew5:8 "Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God"

How do you see God? This question is so important to take a bit of time on, because with our heads we know Father God is loving and gracious, but often our heart tells us a different story. For me personally my heart was fearful of God and I viewed Him as a tyrant waiting for the opportunity zap me with lighting. You might say "that's crazy Dan" and I agree, it was.

Higher Calling - Pilgrims Progress

Our journey following Christ Jesus is often fraught with obstacles, obstacles from the world that the enemy will throw in front of our noses to lead us off the path that God has set before us. Our enemy is the ruler of this world and understands man's sinful heart very well, he knows exactly what to throw in our path. "He comes as a lion, seeking to kill, steal and destroy". But,.. 'we are not ignorant of his devices', meaning that we are not stupid, we know our own weaknesses and what temptations and deceptions the enemy often uses against us.

Sex, Sin and Deliverance

The majority of men and women these days have suffered growing up to the hand of some sort of sexual exploitation, whether it be a type of sexual abuse, or pornography through some sort of media.

Anywhere we look these days the world is saturated with degenerated man's sick view of sex and the exploitation of it for monetary gains with no regards for God's laws. Men(and some women) don't realise, or maybe they do, that they are causing many to fall into the prey and a trap of demonic bondage.

Do you remember the feeling deep in your heart when you first believed?

Do you remember the assurance of hope and of cleanliness from the filth of the world and the flesh?

Do you remember passing from death into life, from darkness into the light of truth?

Do you remember,'that knowing', deep down that you were 100% right, after your decision for Christ?

What do you remember of that initial firm decision to believe in, and follow Christ? 

Do you remember a peace, a stillness in your heart that could only be described as a fulfilled joy?
